1.- COMMUNITY FEE
From this month of June, the community fee will be set in budgets and advertised like the normal operation of the Community. Therefore, the reduced fee that has been paid up to now, will no longer apply. With this, we will be able to continue make the improvements that many of you have progressively sent us, like the improvement of common areas, pressure groups, the entrance door to the garage….
2.- POOL.
Starting with the good weather, the beginning of the swimming pool season will begin on June 1th to September 30th from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Always following the rules that the Community has established for the good coexistence of all neighbors. The rules will be put on posters in the pool area.
Like there are few neighbors living in the community we have decided to enable only the central pool area. With this measure, we can save on costs and be able to make all the improvements that the community need.
3.-AWNINGS.
The community must follow an aesthetic criterion. The awnings proposed for the houses are the model Tennere 2354
4.- LIFTS
The lifts are being activated as the buildings are inhabited to avoid unnecessary costs.

VERY IMPORTANT!! 10 DAYS BEFORE YOU GO TO RESIDE IN YOUR HOME, PLEASE YOU MUST NOTIFY US FOR THAT WE CAN TO BE ABLE TO HIRE YOUR ELEVATOR.
